The Mother’s Day Breakfast Menu

Our Bistro has put together a beautiful breakfast menu to make the occasion extra special. Here’s what’s on offer:

Bacon and Egg Roll – Crispy bacon, runny egg and homemade relish.

Truffle Mushrooms – Sauteed mixed mushrooms, beetroot hummus, crispy kale, confit tomatoes and poached egg.

Salmon Bruschetta – Salmon gravalax, pickled zucchini, spinach, grilled halloumi, rocket and poached egg.

Chilli Crab – Scrambled eggs, blue swimmer crab, chilli oil, coriander and furikake.

Biscoff French Toast – Brioche toast, biscoff mascarpone, maple syrup, berries and ice cream.

For the Kids

We haven’t forgotten the little ones! Kids can choose from eggs on toast, pancake, or a breakfast burger – all just $12.
