What an incredible evening we had at Tura Beach Country Club! Our recent wine dinner with the one and only Jane Ferrari was everything we hoped for and more – a joyful celebration of great wine, exceptional food and wonderful company.

Jane Ferrari brought the night to life with her entertaining stories of travel and a deep, infectious passion for wine. Her knowledge and warmth had guests captivated throughout the evening, and her selections of wines and menu pairings were nothing short of immaculate.

A Five-Course Feast to Remember

Our kitchen team absolutely delivered on the night, presenting five beautiful courses that showcased skill and creativity. Each dish was thoughtfully matched with Jane’s wine selections, creating a dining experience that delighted from start to finish.

A very special mention goes to Wheelers Oyster Farm for supplying the oysters for the event – a brilliant local touch that added a real sense of place to the evening.
